Volume Order

1. Request and Receive Details

Browse our site and prepare your intended quantities for models numbers, sizes, colors, design patterns. Determine your delivery deadline. Include any question concerning products and procedure. Contact us with these details through our contact page.

We reply to you by email with estimated production time, our Ex Factory product price quote, and shipping quote.

For customised orders, we send the final product quote after receiving your customisation details (logo/design).

2. Place Your Production Order

Inform us of your definite order and its details. We acknowledge your definite order and send you our invoice. Your order is confirmed and goes into production when we receive your payment (payment terms are shown in our service terms). We inform you of the date we expect to finish production and ship your items.

We manufacture your order and make shipping arrangements. Upon shipping we send you the shipping details.

Samples Order

You can order samples by following the steps above or by using our shopping cart. With the steps above your samples package can be more flexible, while the shopping cart process is faster.

Shopping Cart

Follow the shopping cart instructions. Allow for the manufacturing time shown in the samples description and the shipping time shown in the shopping cart.

We confirm your order and begin manufacturing your items within two days. Upon shipping we send you the shipping details.
